Web Analytics, Who Cares? I Do, and So Should You!

If hearing about KPIs and monthly reports makes you want to run out of the room, don’t worry! Web analytics doesn’t have to be boring! Even if it’s not your responsibility to care about web analytics, learning more about it could make your job easier. We’ll look at how to use web metrics to identify possible compatibility or performance issues, how a little extra code can give big insights into how users are navigating your site, how web analytics and tracking solutions generally work, common issues to look out for if you’re the one who handles implementing tracking or tags on your projects, and the pros and cons of tag management systems.
